How you are likely to find the upcoming appointment you are likely to be interested is going to be largely based on your role.

User

If you are the one who made the appointment, the appointment will be in the "Upcoming Appointments" section of your Tech Bar home screen.

Agent

If you are an agent, Today's upcoming appointments will be available in Queue. Any appointments beyond today (along with all the other appointments) will be available in the "Appointments" section of the Tech Bar settings.

Manager

Any appointments will be available in the "Appointments" section of the Tech Bar settings.
