Providing Solution Feedback Support

Users can click their avatar, then select "Give Feedback" to view a feedback form for the current functionality.


This takes them to a preconfigured form that just has one field and one attachment to fill in and routes to the Default team. If you would like to change this configuration, you may switch the form used in the General settings: Home -> Settings -> General -> Feedback Form.

The users also see a link to this form from many of the preconfigured notifications, such as the request submitted and request completed notifications.
